"This is my favorite way to use this jam— Marinate a pork tenderloin with the jam (about a half jar for a small tenderloin or almost the whole jar for a large one) in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator for the day. Roast at 375 degrees until done. Mix a little more of the jam in with the drippings and heat. Pour over sliced tenderloin. Delicious!"

Love this jam!
My fiance and I love this jam. We like to make turkey burgers, add some maple caramelized onions we sauteed in a pan, and spread this jam on our buns. Add a piece of green leaf lettuce and holy cow. So, so good.

Introduced to this by a cousin who takes with cream cheese on crackers delicious, on a whim, I mixed it 1/3 EVOO, 1/3 apple cider vinegar, 1/3 jam, blended it although shaking well in a mason jar does almost as well, and produced an amazing vinaigrette salad dressing. Easy to make, just different enough to wow folks fortunate enough to be having salads! Thanks for making it mail-order available - were far enough away from your stores to make this easy for us!

WAIT! You have got to try this!!
The best Raspberry Jalapeno jelly I ever did eat. Never a day goes by that it is not available in my refrig. Try it on pancakes; I have used in on roast pork as well; peanut butter and jelly- done it!
