shipping methods

Mast Store uses both Federal Express (FedEx) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the delivery of our packages. FedEx will only ship to physical addresses (no PO boxes, APO, etc.). You may select your method of shipping at checkout.

orders that qualify for free shipping

Orders totaling $60 or more (before applicable taxes and discounts) are eligible for FREE Shipping, but there are a few exceptions, including Lodge cast iron, YETI coolers, some pottery and over-sized items. These exceptions will be stated on the product detail page for the item. The shipping address must be in the lower 48 states. You may choose express shipping methods but they are not included in the free shipping option. These orders will ship via FedEx or USPS at Mast Store’s discretion.

orders that qualify for flat rate shipping

Orders totaling less than $60 (before applicable taxes and discounts), with a few exceptions, are eligible for the flat shipping rate of $6.99. The shipping address must be in the lower 48 states. You may choose express shipping methods but they are not included in the flat rate shipping option. These orders will ship via FedEx or USPS at Mast Store’s discretion.

orders that do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping

Orders that do not qualify for flat rate or free shipping will be assessed the actual shipping charges for those items, which can be viewed at checkout. You may select your shipping options including expedited shipping.

Over-sized items

Over-sized items like our rocking chairs and some outdoor furniture are available for ordering online and pick up at a Mast General Store location only. Please select IN STORE PICKUP in website header and select your pickup location. We will let you know when it is ready for pickup.

In store pickup

Mast Store offers you the ability to order online and pick up your order at one of our brick and mortar locations. Please select IN-STORE PICKUP in website header and select your pickup location.

Gift cards

Physical gift cards that are part of an order with other items will be included in that order. The qualifying shipping rates will apply based on your order total. Physical gift cards purchased individually (not part of an order with other items) will be sent free of charge via USPS Priority Mail. Electronic gift cards will be sent via email to the email address you provide at checkout.

Packing materials

Mast Store uses recycled packing materials whenever possible. These may include packing materials with recycled content or reusing packing materials we receive in our inbound shipments.

Order processing & Shipping

Most, in-stock orders placed by 3:00PM are processed the same day. Mast processes orders (picks, packs and creates shipping labels) on weekend days but some carriers do not pick up and/or deliver on one or both weekend days and holidays. Please factor weekends and holidays into your expectations for express shipping. Returns and Exchanges

At Mast Store Online, we are committed to your satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your order to us within 90 days after receiving it for an exchange or a refund. If you wish to return or exchange any merchandise, please follow the instructions on the packing slip included in your order or download this returns and exchange form. Instructions are included. Footwear returns

It is important that your shoes, boots and slippers fit just right. Please try them to make sure you got the right pair. We ask that you do not wear them outside until you are sure they fit. Mast Store will honor the 90 day return policy on footwear that has no evidence of being worn outside.

Damaged merchandise

If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, refuse the order if possible and contact customer service. If you are unable to refuse the order or you discover damaged merchandise after opening the package, please save the original packaging and contact customer service via phone, email or live chat (links provided below).
