Celebrate the resilience of community and the beauty of the sun after the storm with the Mountain Strong Mug from Mast General Store. One year ago, Hurricane Helene raged through Western North Carolina, leaving devastation in its path. There was so much work to be done and so many neighbors in need that it felt like we were standing at the bottom of an enormous summit— an intimidating climb ahead of us. Now, a year later, we see that what was truly awe-inspiring was the incredible efforts of our beloved community, both literally local and those that held us in their hearts and helped us with their hands, to rebuild every home and holler. The gorgeous graphic printed on this 15-ounce ceramic mug was designed by Alyssa Hughes, the founder and owner of our valued vendor partner Barefoot Baby. Western North Carolina isn't just strong, we are Mountain Strong!
