Homer Laughlin began creating a colorful party for your table in 1936. The first year featured five colors designed in an Art Deco style with concentric circles to highlight the bright colors. FIESTA followed color trends and increased in popularity through the 1960s when sales of earthtones began to lag. The line was retired in 1972. In retirement, collectors began seeking out the dinnerware from their childhood, and eventually, it was reintroduced in the mid 1980s. FIESTA is the most collected dinnerware in history with new colors being introduced each year and others being retired; it’s a tradition in many families. And it’s a Made in USA tradition, too!
