Winkler Knives The General Knife is a Mast General Store exclusive. This blade is made just down the road from our Original Store in Boone, North Carolina, by skilled craftsmen under the guidance of master bladesmith Daniel Winkler. The design originated from a Mast General Store Knife Shop employee. Daniel Winkler and his team collaborated with Mast to produce The General we have today. This fixed-blade knife features an extended pommel, jimping on the spine of the blade for added safety and functionality, and our Mast General Store logo along the spine. The curly maple wood handle features a detailed carving of Grandfather Mountain from both the South and North views. This knife comes with a leather-covered Kydex sheath that can be mounted to your gear or belt any way you please. Only available from Mast General Store.
