Wow! I am blown away with how comfortable and supportive these shoes are. I have pretty wide feet and did not expect these to fit let alone fit so well. Normally I wear a 10 in order to accommodate the width of my feet. But I only needed a 9 1/2. I can wear these with or without socks. I wore them without socks out of the store, to a doctors appointment the a long grocery store shopping trip. I completely forgot I had them on, no rubbing, cool and comfortable. Great support. I cannot wait to wear them on my 3 mile walks and on easier summer hikes. I will probably still use my regular hiking shoes when doing longer more serious hiking in the woods as I don't want dirt & little stones bothering my feet. That said, I believe these would do very well and be a great option. It's a me thing, not a shoe thing.
