How to Operate:

  1. Keep knife sharp at all times.
  2. Make adjustments carefully for style desired and tighten screws well.
  3. Lay cutter over pan with long end against wall or improvised backstop.
  4. Place ear of corn, small end forward, in groove and push against cutter blade with quick motion. Follow through past scraper. 
  5. Life ear of corn, turn about one inch and go through motion again. Four to six strokes usually finishes an ear. 
  6. After using you can wash and dry this instrument as it is made of long lasting stainless steel.
