Wow! There's not much this fleece can't do! The Nangpala Hooded Down Jacket by Sherpa is a recycled polyester double ripstop shell treated with DWR. It is insulated with PrimaLoft Silver which is a dynamic duo 60/40 combo of 750 down and PrimaLoft fibers giving it seemingly superhero powers by outerwear standards. It absorbs water ten times slower than 100% down while retaining 95% of its warmth when wet. Plus, it dried four times faster than down which means you will stay exceptionally warm in a varied range of conditions. The hem and hood can be cinched to seal in the heat, and the elastic binding at the cuffs keeps out the chill. There are internal mesh pockets, handwarmer pockets, and a chest pocket that is media compatible.
