We are now accepting applications for part-time ecommerce support associates. This position assists in coordinating and managing the communications and systems that provide both internal (associate) and external (customer/guest) support, with primary focus on the ecommerce aspects of the business. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Best store fulfillment support
- Order allocation and management
- Direct store support
- Phone orders
- Inbound calls and inbound customer emails
- Live chat
- Ticket creation/management
- Processing returns/exchanges
This position is often “the voice” of the Mast General Store and is expected to represent the company in a positive, professional manner at all times.
Applicants must have a positive attitude, a passion to provide exceptional guest service and the ability to react to quickly changing priorities. Familiarity and comfort with technology (like computer systems and software, live chat and phone systems) is required along with a willingness to be flexible. In addition to answering phone calls, our associates regularly respond to emails and live chats so writing proficiency is a must. This position also assists with product onboarding tasks.
