In many ways, Columbia is the granddad of many outdoor companies. They’ve been in the business since 1938, and they’ve paved the way for many of us to have our first experiences in the great outdoors. Made for real people by real people, apparel, jackets, and gear from Columbia can take you from the garden to the glacier or from the park to Pikes Peak.
During the month of November, we invite you to join us and Columbia to Share the Warmth. Each location is collecting gently-worn coats, jackets, fleeces, gloves, scarves, etc. - anything that might help someone in our communities stay warm through the winter. Columbia, our partner for many years, is making their own donation of winter coats and jackets to be shared. Over the years, we've learned that our community partners see unmet needs for children's jackets and coats in larger sizes (XXL +). Please check your closets and storage boxes at home for winter-weather items that can warm the bodies and hearts of someone else. Thank you, Columbia, for your help with this project over the last ten years. You can learn more by reading our blog.
