The TM10 Tilley Hat, designed with a broad brim, has a strong 3-D polyester UPF 50+ mesh which blocks sunlight, but allows air to pass easily. The mesh has also been treated to provide water repellency. The cotton duck brim fabric is derived from an incredibly durable sailcloth that is still used in boating today. Made from rain and mildew resistant 10 oz. 100% cotton duck with a polyester mesh.
