What Is a Scuppernong ! For those not 'in the know', a scuppernong is a cultivated variety of muscadine grape. It has a sweet yellowish fruit hence the honey gold color of the jelly. It is similar in flavor to grape jelly with a bit of a bite. 10 oz. Ingredients: Scuppernong Juice, Sugar, Pectin, Citric Acid.
