From North of Knoxville - Traveling I-75 to I-275 South
- Follow I-75 South toward Knoxville to I-275 South.
- Continue on I-275 South and follow sign marked James White Parkway.
- Take Exit 388A.
- Stay right and take the Summit Hill Drive Exit.
- Turn right onto Summit Hill Drive.
- Continue straight to the 3rd traffic light.
- Turn left onto Gay Street.
- Mast General Store will be ahead on the left.
From Northeast of Knoxville – Traveling I-81 South to I-40 West
- Follow I-81 South toward Knoxville to I-40 West.
- At mile marker 393 follow DOWNTOWN/LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY sign (left two lanes)
- Take Exit 389 to Hall of Fame Drive.
- Merge into left lane.
- At the 1st traffic light turn left onto Hall of Fame Drive.
- Follow Hall of Fame Drive to the 5th traffic light.
- Turn right onto Summit Hill Drive
- Continue straight to the 3rd traffic light.
- Turn left onto Gay Street.
- Mast General Store will be ahead on the left.
From South of Knoxville – Traveling I-75 North to I-40 East
- Follow I-75 North toward Knoxville to I-40 East.
- At mile marker 393 follow DOWNTOWN/LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY sign (left two lanes).
- Take Exit 388A.
- Stay right and take the Summit Hill Drive Exit.
- Turn right onto Summit Hill Drive.
- Continue straight to the 3rd traffic light.
- Turn left onto Gay Street.

From South of Knoxville – Traveling US Highway 129 North (Alcoa Highway)
- Follow Highway 129 North toward Knoxville to the I-40/I-275 Interchange.
- At the interchange follow right ramp marked I-275 North.
- Take the exit to the right marked 17th Street/Western Avenue.
- Stay on 17th Street to the 2nd traffic light.
- Turn right onto Western Avenue.
- Continue straight to the 4th traffic light.
- Turn right onto Gay Street.

From East of Knoxville – Traveling I-40 West
- Follow I-40 West toward Knoxville.
- At mile marker 393 follow DOWNTOWN/LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY sign (left two lanes).
