Mast Store Online Returns Policy
At Mast Store Online, we are committed to your satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply exchange it or return it to us within 30 days after receiving the order for a refund.

How To Return Merchandise
We have two easy ways that merchandise can be returned.

1) Attach the Merchandise Return Label located on your invoice on the package to be returned and include a note in the shipment that lists the items to be returned and or exchanged. In the note, please explain why you are returning or exchanging the item or items. If possible, include your order number or a copy of your receipt as well as your daytime phone number.

2) Return or exchange your merchandise at any of our locations. Make sure to bring along your receipt. See the Contact Us page for location details.

Damaged Merchandise
If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, just refuse the order. Call us and we'll send a new shipment to you right away.

If you open the shipment and it's damaged, be sure to keep the original packaging. Then call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and ask for a "UPS Damage Call Tag" or call 1-866-367-6278 and we will call UPS for you.
