Nature Historian Visits Knoxville Store on Saturday, September 2nd

Stephen Lyn Bales is nature historian and senior naturalist at Ijams Nature Center in South Knoxville. A Gatlinburg native, he has been writing and speaking about the Tennessee Valley and Great Smokies for decades. Lyn is the author of two books: Ghost Birds and Natural Histories which are both published by UT Press. He is also a gifted artist who specializes in pen and ink drawings of local plants and animals. Please join us on Friday, September 2nd from 6 to 8 in the evening when Lyn visits the Knoxville store to share his books, prints and notecards.
